  9. ║     t -  Write destination file as a text file                              ║
  10. ║     m -  Write destination file as a mecca file                             ║
  11. ║     a -  Write destination file as an ansi file                             ║

  13. ║   Notes:                                                                    ║
  14. ║ * The control file as parameter #3 is optional for users who use combined   ║
  15. ║   Message and File areas within 1 control file.                             ║
  16. ║ * MakFM overwrites the destination menu.                                    ║
  17. ║ * MakFM will insert offline as the selction number for areas whose          ║
  18. ║   download directories do not exist.                                        ║
